ROLES
VICE PRESIDENT
Leadership
Lead the organisation alongside the President and the Board of Directors, managing the Content, PR & Marketing, Events, and Graphic Design teams.

Growth
Strategize the organisation's growth, formulating and executing new initiatives.
On-Site Events
Organize the logistics and execution of any on-site events, including teaching programmes or outreach events.
content team
Write informative articles on community initiatives, financial literacy, and business-related concepts.
Teach financial literacy programs in communities (women's savings groups/ orphanages).
Provide guidance to micro-enterprise owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Design customized syllabi to meet specific community needs.
DESIGN TEAM
Design posts to be posted on our Instagram feed.
Create promotional posters to be posted as Instagram stories.
Craft designs for proposals and other documents.
PR & EVENTS
Secure collaborations with communities for financial literacy & Microenterprise programs.
Reach out to corporations to get sponsorship deals and other organisations for media partnerships
Conceptualise events for the organisation, including the annual business case competition
Manage Event logistics (invitations, operations, & on-ground execution).
REQUIREMENTS
VICE PRESIDENT
Will be based in Jakarta for at least the next year
Fluent in English and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
Experienced in Business and Finance, or other related fields
Extensive leadership experience
CONTENT TEAM
Experienced in Business Studies/ Accounting/ Economics/ Statistics/ Finance, or related fields.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with at least basic English proficiency.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Familiar with collaborative platforms like Google Drive.
design team
Well-versed in graphic design (portfolio or sample works required).
Familiar with at least basic level English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiar with collaborative platforms, namely Google Drive.
pr & events
Demonstrated success in managing events and securing partnerships.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Adept in social media & collaboration tools (Gmail, Drive, Instagram).
Preferred background in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
